I actually meant to call a different Watson office due to location, but, I am very glad that I didn't. I was worried that I would have a difficult time selling the house due to its old age and need of many repairs. I was very much dreading the thought that it would be on the market all through the holiday season and well into 2021 with endless hour-long commutes back & forth. Also, selling the home "as-is" was worrisome for the reason of getting only unreasonably low offers. Another fear was finding a realtor that did not lack interest or motivation in assisting me with this burden. Sabina reassured me that despite the low home value, she would treat me with the same respect and importance of her other clients with homes that could more than triple the prospective compensation for her time. She reassured me with her actions, not merely words. We both agreed to meet at the house three days after the initial phone call to discuss the best course of action. Sabina had been doing some homework during the three days, so when we met, she was well prepared to help me make some decisions regarding realistic expectations on selling price. The very next day she brought to me an investor to look at the house. I was presented with an offer that I felt was completely fair and honestly better than I was expecting.
